Photilife INC stands behind the quality of our digital photo editing services. Because every order is custom and begins immediately upon payment, the following policy applies:
Full refund (minus $9.99 processing fee) if cancelled within 24 hours of payment and before we start editing.
No refunds once editing has started. We deliver a preview for approval on complex jobs (Restoration & Premium tiers)
If you are not satisfied with the final delivered files, we will offer one free revision. Further revisions are $49 each.
Once files are delivered via secure link, the order is considered complete. No refunds after download.
Any chargeback will result in immediate suspension of services and possible legal recovery of fees plus costs.
All disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
